I built The Robertson because Western Sydney didn't have a place like it, somewhere you could actually escape without leaving the city. The space is completely yours, your own entrance, your own pool, fully private. I give guests their space, I'm here if you need me, but I won't hover.
Merrylands, in Western Sydney, about ten minutes from Parramatta and five from Woolworths. There's a private back gate straight onto Merrylands Park. The exact address is shared once you book.
The pool isn't heated, but it's resort-style with a waterfall and colour-changing lights, and the steam room runs year-round, perfect to warm up after a swim.
Up to 15 for a daytime gathering. The studio sleeps four overnight, a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Guests beyond four are $25 each.
Absolutely. Decorations, a cake and the BBQ are all welcome, it's your space for the booking. We just ask that it stays a gathering, not a party.
Completely. The studio and the entire outdoor area are yours, with your own entrance and a privacy shutter that closes off the main house. The space is fully self-contained.
Yes, free street parking, with entry through your own private rear gate.
Pets are welcome with prior approval, just let us know when you enquire.
It's a quiet residential street, so music winds down from 10pm out of respect for the neighbours. Gatherings, not parties.
No bond for groups up to 12. Larger gatherings of 13 to 15 carry a small refundable $300 bond, returned after checkout when the place is left as you found it.
